In this role, she provides invaluable guidance to wealth management firms, helping them achieve consistent, profitable, and measurable growth. With nearly two decades of experience in B2B marketing, events, and brand management, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the industry to her position. Before joining CWC, she was the Senior Vice President and Head of Markets and Wealth Services Events and Experiences at BNY Mellon. In this role she oversaw the strategy and execution of key industry and hosted events, including INSITE, Feleban, AFP, and Elite Advisor Summit.

Greg serves as the Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations for Constellation Wealth Capital. His focus at CWC is on capital raising, strategic partnerships, and delivering top-tier investor services across the firm. Greg is a member of the CWC Investment Committee. Prior to this, he was the Co-Head of Investor Relations at Strategic Value Partners, where he was responsible for developing institutional relationships across North America. Greg was the Head of Investor Relations at Crescent Capital Group, where he led capital development and fundraising activities while managing strategic relationships with global institutional investors, primarily focused on financial institutions. Previously, Greg gained valuable experience at Wells Fargo Bank, particularly within the capital markets and asset management sectors.
Greg is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Jenn is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team at Constellation Wealth Capital. Before joining CWC she was a Vice President at Crescent Capital Group, and before that a Director at i(x) Net Zero. At both firms, she focused on investor relations and client service. Prior to i(x), Jenn was a Director of Investor Relations at Standard Pacific Capital where she focused on developing and maintaining investor relationships, client service, and marketing. Jenn began her professional career at CIM Group.
Jenn holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
Karl serves as the President and Managing Partner of Constellation Wealth Capital. Before founding CWC, Karl was the CEO of Emigrant Partners and its affiliated company, Fiduciary Network. His career in the financial services has taken him to renowned institutions like Merrill Lynch, A.G. Edwards & Sons, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab. Karl has also contributed his expertise to several boards, including Sarasota Private Trust Company, New York Private Trust Company, and Cleveland Private Trust Company, and is currently on the board at Alternative Fund Advisors. He also held the position of Vice Chairman at Emigrant Bank and chairs the CWC Investment Committee.
A Washington, D.C. native, Karl is an alumnus of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Katie serves as the COO and Managing Director, Investor Relations for CWC. Prior to joining CWC, she was a Principal at Comvest Partners, and before that a Senior Vice President at Crescent Capital Group. At both firms, she built out and managed teams focused on investor relations, client service, product management, and operations. Prior to Crescent, Katie was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a senior member of the Alternative Investment Client Services team. Katie began her professional career in the Private Client Advisors group at Deloitte.
Katie earned a Master of Science in Accountancy and a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Kunal is an Associate on the Investments team at Constellation Wealth Capital. In this role, he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in wealth management firms, while also partnering with their executive management teams to achieve their strategic goals. Before joining CWC, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at DC Advisory, providing M&A and capital raising advisory services across various industry verticals.
Kunal holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University.
Lisa serves as the Head of Advisory at Constellation Wealth Capital. Her previous role as Director and Head of Business Consulting at BNY Mellon | Pershing was focused on working with wealth management and advisory firms to help them grow and strengthen their businesses. In addition to her consulting work, Lisa founded the INSITE University Student Experience, The Next Leadership Forum, and led the Pershing research efforts with industry media partners. Earlier in her career, Lisa was the Director of Business Management for an RIA in the DC Metro area.
Lisa earned a B.A. in Business Management and French from the University of Technology, Sydney Australia and her MBA from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg VA. She is a recipient of the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 award (2019) and is a member of the CWC Investment Committee.
Mike leads Inorganic Growth Consulting for Constellation Wealth Capital. He actively collaborates with CWC partner firms to elevate their recruiting and M&A strategies. Before this role, Mike served as Principal, Business Development at BNY Mellon | Pershing where his focus was on establishing custody and clearing relationships with wealth management and advisory firms. Furthermore, he provided consultation to advisory teams establishing their own practices and helped independent firms strengthen their teams through recruiting and M&A. Earlier in his career, Mike was a Senior Account Executive at SS&C Advent. He concentrated on expanding the mid-market segment for Black Diamond, a portfolio management platform tailored for the advisory market.

Morgan leads Technology Consulting for Constellation Wealth Capital. She focuses on helping CWC's partner firms streamline their technology stack and integrations. Previously, she was Director and Head of Technology Consulting at BNY Mellon | Pershing. In this role, she empowered firms to make technology decisions that enabled them to work more efficiently and better serve their clients. She also co-led the INSITE University Student Experience and was a regional lead for Pershing's Reverse Mentoring program. Prior to BNY Mellon | Pershing, Morgan was the Corporate Relations Specialist at CFP Board, working exclusively with RIA firms, and prior to that was an associate financial advisor at an RIA in the DC Metro area.
Morgan earned her B.S. in Finance, concentration in Financial Planning from Virginia Tech, and her MBA, emphasis in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance from Creighton University. She is a CFP® professional.
Pat serves as the Head of Investments at Constellation Wealth Capital. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Emigrant Partners, leading the firm’s investment function, during which he focused primarily on investing in scaled wealth management platforms and providing strategic advice to management teams across the portfolio. Earlier in his career, he was at Wafra, a private equity and alternative investment management firm, where he focused on GP stakes and seeding private equity strategies. His experience also includes time as a Management Consultant at Casey Quirk – Deloitte, leading consulting engagements for various asset and wealth management firms. Pat is a member of the CWC Investment Committee.

His career began as a Senior Associate at Plante Moran, where he provided audit and tax services to financial services and bank clients.
Patrick's educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting and a M.A.S., both earned from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Sage leads Service and Operations Consulting at Constellation Wealth Capital. Before joining CWC, Sage served as a Senior Vice President and Group Client Service Manager at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where she championed service for elite RIA firms and strategic Broker Dealer clients. Throughout her career, Sage has demonstrated excellence in managing top client service teams while offering guidance and support. Sage earned her B.A. from Florida Southwestern State College after studying at Florida State University. She holds the Series 7, 99, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
Sue serves as the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Constellation Wealth Capital. Previously, Sue held roles such as Executive Assistant/Project Manager at Peak6/Poker Power and Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Newmark Group, where she honed her skills in providing excellent administrative support and managing intricate projects.
