Operating Advisor

William J. Janetschek joined KKR in 1997 and retired in 2020 as a Partner and its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Janetschek was also a member of KKR’s Balance Sheet Committee, Global Valuation Committee and Risk and Operations Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Tax Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Janetschek holds a B.S. from St. John’s University and an M.S. from Pace University.

Mr. Janetschek is actively involved in the community, serving as a sponsor and member of a variety of non-profit organizations including Student Sponsor Partners, St. Brigid Catholic Church and St. John’s University, where he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Lawrence Calcano
Lawrence Calcano

Mr. Calcano is the Chairman and CEO of iCapital. He has spent the majority of his career focused on the convergence of finance and technology, including 17 years as a partner and managing director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Most recently, Lawrence co-headed Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Global Technology Banking Group, overseeing various technology sectors including internet, e-commerce, software, services, and hardware.

Mr. Calcano has been recognized on the Forbes Midas List multiple times between 2001 and 2006 for his influential contributions to venture capital and served as a director of Vibrant Emotional Health (formerly the Mental Health Association of NY) for 10 years.

Mr. Calcano holds a degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar.

Eric Clarke

Mr. Clarke is the founding CEO of Orion Advisor Tech, launching the firm in 1999 to provide portfolio accounting software to help independent financial advisors scale their businesses. He retired as Orion’s CEO in 2023 and continues to serve as an active member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Clarke has written frequent articles that have appeared in InvestmentNews and The Journal of Financial Planning. He has also received numerous industry awards including WealthManagement’s CEO of the Year for 2022, ThinkAdvisor’s IA25 multiple times, among others.

Mr. Clarke holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Brigham Young University and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
